industry. It is the largest growth area
for boat building, refit, repair and maintenance
for vessels in Australia.

Marina is located outside the North Queensland
cyclone belt and its position on the Coomera
River offers direct deep water access to
the Broadwater and Gold Coast Seaway.
Only 15 minutes by road to the Gold Coast's
CBD and Surfers Paradise Australia's renowned
tourist playground. A mere 35 minutes by
road to Brisbane and the International airport
and right next door the famous Sanctuary
Cove Resort and Hope Island Resort.
